1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a 30% deduction of the total booking amount. Otherwise, no cancellations will be allowed.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-15 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

• Transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Early Check-Out & Modifications

• Guests checking out earlier than the booked duration may not be eligible for a refund.

• Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.

• In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.
